add a link for people to download
the below code will be needed for the flash player. The URL may be drastically different to the podcast so please keep an eye on that when you upload your podcasts
If you wish to syndicate this to itunes you will need to fill in the the 3 new fields under the Advanced Options section to your left
for podcast duration it is important to do it in the following format for itunes to accept
it (HH:MM:SS)
If you’re not going to bother with itunes and syndication just ignore them.
